Water Crossing Notes: The one by the trailhead and the one just below the viewpoint at the edge of the ski trail were easy walk-across on the stones, barely breaking stride. The would-be crossing between those two was totally dry.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is in good shape the whole way, with no blowdowns.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw one, large, well-behaved, enjoying him/herself,covering twice the miles the hikers were.
Bugs

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Saw black hooded sweatshirt and knitted hat on ground at trailhead. I hung the shirt on the nail at the back of the trailhead sign and the hat on the top of the post.

Comments
Comments: I did note rocket21's trip report, but he went via the ski trail, so I thought I'd post this one covering the regular trail. No snow on top, but I could see off in the distance to the presidentials, all white above maybe 4500 ft.
