Comments
Comments: The beginning of the trail had substantial mud, but easily avoided with careful foot placement. The upper half of the trail being wet and having moderate amounts of leaf litter made for a slippery descent. Very rugged and steep terrain on the upper half of the hike to the summit. The clouds were low today and no view was to be seen on Signal Ridge nor at the summit. But the foliage in the lower half of the hike was in full splendor!!
