Comments
Comments: Another excellent day - nice clear skies and mild temps - a perfect day to be up in the southern presidentials - apparently many other people thought the same as the crowds were out not only here but all along the presidentials. Edmands damp down low from the rains. There was some water/mud on Edmands above the small brook crossing up top left over from the recent rains - enough to get your boots a little wet and muddy but nothing of great concern. Something a bit out of the ordinary - As I headed up the eisenhower loop there was an army helicopter doing loops around Eisenhower - It had actually set down on the summit when I reached the top - they hung out for a few minutes and then took off - maybe practicing touchdowns?

Met a nice family from Ottowa that went up ammonusuc and came down crawford to Eisenhower and then down Edmands - gave them a lift back to their car. I hope they enjoy the rest of their vcation!
