||Nineteen Mile Brook Trail, Carter Dome Trail, Carter Moriah Trail|
|Date of Hike:
||Wednesday, October 6, 2021|
|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||Plenty of room for parking today.
||Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
|Water Crossing Notes:
||First crossing on Carter Dome Trail requires careful foot placement due to wet/slippery rocks. This crossing used to be a little confusing due to it's length, but it has now been properly blazed and is easy to follow. The second crossing is a simple rock hop. |
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||19 Mile Brook is in good shape but had wet/slippery sections. Carter Dome had intermittent dry and very wet stretches. It is in great shape with very visible blue blazing. Thanks to those responsible for this trail. |
||Saw none. |
|Lost and Found:
||Great views except Washington and the Northern Peaks were socked in most of the day. |
