Comments
Comments: This trail could be named intro to hiking 101. Just enough roots and rocks, trees and open slabs so you know it’s a hike. The drive up Hurricane Mtn. Road might be more taxing than the hike. Many folks heading up and down. Met some from Florida and 1 from New Mexico. There is active logging happening at trailhead and road appears to be closed to through traffic. Also seems to be a popular bike trail. Hard going up fun going down. Views are worth the easy walk up.
