| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
All trails are overall in great shape. Glen Boulder Trail could use a good brushing above Slide Peak. I noticed a fairly new Wilderness Boundary Marker (Synthetic) on Davis Path. Davis Path is well brushed and no blowdowns of note. Lots of deep mud and heavily degraded bog boards with many nailheads poking up. Isolation Spur sign is missing. |

| Comments: |
Truly mixed condtions hiking these peaks with moody skies, light wind, near zero visibility at times and blue skies here and there. The sweet smell of autumn is in the air. It was nice chatting with the couple at LOC Hut (Closed, water not available) as well as the hiker just below summit of Monroe very close to finishing their 48. Best of luck! as well as briefly chatting with the hiker on Eisenhower. Met 16 others on the trail today enjoying the mixed soup🙂 |
