Main lot on Rt. 113 was full at 9:30 am and adjacent Mt. Morgan lot was closed with the Squam Ridge Run, but luckily we got one of the last spots in the Pinehurst Road lot. |

Hooray, our son’s broken fibula has healed enough that he’s back on the trails in starter hikes like this one. Had never done Pasture Tr. before and it certainly gets the job done fast and was dry and in great shape. Ridge and Col trails had some eroded areas more than I remember. Lots of visitors here but not overwhelming on this pristine day where nature couldn’t help but soothe the weary soul. - Thank you SLA for wonderful signage throughout. Impossible to take a bad pic from here. |
