Comments
Comments: after mid morning rain all trails wet. some mud, but nothing too bad. though wet and slippery i was able to negotiate most of the ledges and slabs on flume slide with care. had to take to the woods around a couple of the smoothest slabs as they were too slippery to ascend today. i was hoping the rain would hold off until up the slide, but it came down pretty good early making things interesting for the ascent. cleared up a bit after and there were some neat views from flume and liberty. great hike.
