| Comments: |
The first 2 miles of shelburne is a road walk with some high grass, but two good tracks to walk in. The trail turns left off the road at an arrow and heads up steadily and moderately to the jct with the Kenduskeag Trail with plenty of mud along the way. The Kenduskeag to the summit is up and down over several knobs with some good views. The last climb is to the summit. Lots of mud on this trail too, with some slippery scramble sections. In need of a few more bog bridges to cover the mud. Great views from the summit. |
