Wonderful hike today along the ridge! Trails were very well marked and easy to follow. We went up to Little Haystack first then made our way north to Mount Lafayette, then down to the hut (the chocolate cake was AMAZING!). Lots of NOBO AT thru hikers and a busy hike along the ridge. You can refill water at the hut which was much needed after a warm, sun filled hike above tree line. Overall, a great day! |
