Water Crossing Notes: Water levels were very low dispite recent rain.

Trail Maintenance Notes: These trails are very well maintained. I do not recall any blowdowns.

Dog-Related Notes: A few well behaved pups.

Bugs: Lots of black flies along Willey Range.

Comments: Very busy afternoon in Crawford Notch yet I still found plenty of cobwebs. Water levels were much lower than expected. Good conversations with many other hikers including one plowing through his 48 over 70.
