Slippery Brook Road from Rt. 16 was in good shape, a few rough spots; lots of campers before the no camping area; not much room at the gate but room along the road; one other vehicle at trailhead.. |

grassy logging road has a few overgrown spots, and wet grass this time of year in the morning most likely; about a dozen + obstacle blow downs and some car wash spots..it appeared some one had been sawing up small to medium blow downs and trimming the branches on some remaining big ones.. |

Did not meet one other hiker all morning; saw some on Baldface Circle Trail south loop from a distance of course; nice views of course from Bald Knob!! Easy grades make this hike a fun one!! Did not do Eastman Mt. saving it for another trip... |
