Comments
Comments: Lots of humidity some light rain and mostly overcast. Stayed on summit long enough to get some sun and breaks in the clouds that allowed partial views. Lots of hikers out despite not ideal wx. Cascades on loop trail totally underwhelming .When leaving the notch around 1:30 sun came out and things were improving.
