Parking/Access Road Notes: First car to use small grassy parking area across from the trailhead this morning. One other vehicle upon return.

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Some wet spots. Nothing significant. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One blowdown just before hiking into soft woods. Easy step over, also a great seat for resting. Two old blowdown on the summit ridge had well worn walk around. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: My dog had a ball on this trail and I was surprised by the numerous water sources for him. He only needed water on the trail above the old Warren's cabin site.

Bugs: Pesky mosquitos along one section.

Lost and Found:  
 
Comments
Comments: Two words to describe this trail...steep and steeper! Footing is great actually, just steep. Unrelentingly steep. Didn't enjoy the overgrown grassy section near the warden's cabin site but the summit approach made up for it. Save this one for a clear day.
