Comments
Comments: Excellent day for a Sandwich Traverse. The North Slide was damp in spots near beginning but overall dry at upper elevations making the ascent truly a fun one.My apologies to the hiker that heard me hooting today.🙂This was only my second time up the slide and was really enjoying it unlike my first time. There seems to be a summit cairn now at West Sleeper. I met many hikers as well as backpackers out enjoying the trail. it was nice chatting with a few of them. time. Sadly, the Passaconaway summit cairn has been scattered throughout the woods.
