Comments
Comments: Excellent day for a Sandwich Traverse. The North Slide was damp in spots near beginning but overall dry at upper elevations making the ascent truly a fun one.My apologies to the hiker that heard me hooting today.čÖéThis was only my second time up the slide and was really enjoying it unlike my first time. There seems to be a summit cairn now at West Sleeper. I met many hikers as well as backpackers out enjoying the trail. it was nice chatting with a few of them. time. Sadly, the Passaconaway summit cairn has been scattered throughout the woods.
