||Strenuous hike with about 7000 feet of elevation gain. Did this hike north-to-south. Parked at Pinkham Notch and took the AMC shuttle to the Imp trailhead. Descending Wildcat Ridge was pretty tough at the end of the day on tired legs.|
Trails in good shape. Actually seemed more like spring than summer with all the recent rain. Fair amount of mud, but not too bad.
