||Mt. Tecumseh, NH|
||Ski trails, Mt. Tecumseh Trail, Sosman Trail|
|Date of Hike:
||Saturday, July 10, 2021|
|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||Plenty of room at ski area. |
||Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
|Water Crossing Notes:
||None via this route. Brook was audible from the ski slopes for the first time in awhile. |
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||Occasional black flies and deer flies, but not too bad. |
|Lost and Found:
||Trails were damp and muddy in places following the storm, but not as wet as earlier this week.|
Ski trail grass/weeds are high/ticky, so if using the slopes, the gravel access road is the best way to go (when descending from the red lodge where the lifts converge, the road bears right downhill).
Very nice weather after monsoon season with sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 70s.
