Comments
Comments: A fine day was had in the forest! The forecasted rain and heavy wind never really appeared and that made for great conditions. Our intent was to go up Arrow Slide but it was obvious it was wet so we passed on it for today. Trail is in really good shape after all the rain we have had over the last five days. Some mud but nothing too bad. Not that many out today, passed a parade going up South Hancock first - because AllTrails! The cloud cover made the mountains moody and lovely. We ended the day in fine fashion and grilled hamburgers and sausages right at the trailhead. Lots of jealous hikers on their way out, ha ha. My penultimate North Hancock, and 10/12 South Hancock. A PR for Sparrow, too! :)
