Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Crossings were not bad as water was low
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Buttress Trail is very overgrown in the upper section. There are lots of areas where the firs have taken over the trail and you have to fight your way through. Madison Gulf had some hobble bush and some short areas with overgrowth of firs.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: found a water bottle at junction of 6Husbands and Great Gulf- we left it at the Great Gulf Parking kiosk where you pay.

Comments
Comments: I wrote Madison and Adams for summits because these trails lead up to these peaks, but we did not go higher than Madison Hut. Trails were generally in very good shape and water was low so crossings were not difficult. Buttress trail was the exception with the overgrowth of first in the upper section. You really had to fight your way through in many areas that were lengthy. We only did the .5 down 6Husbands, not the hard part going up.
