Parking/Access Road Notes: Lot was pretty full on a Friday at 9:00 am

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: Low water with very easy rock hops 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: None - some rotting logs on Frost to the summit but it was okay since it was so dry 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Brought both of ours - they loved it. Be sure to fill up any water at water about two miles in and/or at the hut  
Bugs
Bugs: Swarming but few were biting with “natural” bug spray. Deer flies on way down.

Comments: A good day - had been a few years since doing a 4k and this was a pretty good one to ease back into it. Some parts are rocky but otherwise good footing with relatively easy grades.
