Comments
Comments: Hiked up to the Valley Way tent site 6/4 and spent the night there; the site was not completely full. Did Madison, Adams, Jefferson, and Washington 6/5. Extremely windy for most of the hike, gusts were up to 60 mph at the summits and probably averaged 20-30 the entire way above tree line. Trails are in good condition (when they are trails, that is, not just rock scrambles!). Took the cog rail down after reaching the Washington summit as a member of our group blew out his boot.
