Comments
Comments: Straight forward. As mentioned, I took the leg of the former trail, skipping the reroute around the beaver pond. My last couple of trips had been in winter conditions, so I had forgotten how rocky this trail was. A fairly new wooden cover has been built around the fire warden's spring near the summit. And there is a USFS designated tent site very close to the summit.
