The last 1/2 mile of trail to the Carter - Moriah junction was wet, so it brought out lots of black flies to deal with. We had a nice breeze on summit so was able to enjoy a nice lunch. |

| Comments: |
The lower section of trail was quite dry, and my first hike of the spring where we didn't see any trace of snow or ice. Easy to follow trail from start to finish. The 5 tress across the trail were easy to get over.
See "bug section" for only section of a wet trail. |
