Tuckerman Trail is closed from Lunch Rocks up to Lip, so if climbing from Pinkham you must hike Lionhead, Boott Spur, or Nelson Crag. Summit building open, but I failed to see if cafeteria was open.
Three 30' patches of snow on upper Tuckerman above Alpine Garden. Good blooms at top of Boott Spur Link: at least three species. |
