Parking/Access Road Notes: Good sized lot. Some cars parked along Mt Clinton Road in the afternoon.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: bridged or easy rock hops. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Edmands Path in very good shape. Mostly dry but at about 2.5 miles from trailhead where the trail crosses the brook running over a ledge, it becomes quite wet and slippery. This goes on for about .1 miles then drys out. Crawford Path was bone dry as was the Mt Monroe Loop.

Bugs
Bugs: Too cool in morning, too windy above treeline, but once back down in the trees in the afternoon, there were lots of biting black flies.

Comments: Mt Clinton Road is in lousy shape from 302 to the TH. After that, it improves somewhat.
