Haystack Road is in good condition. About 8 cars when we arrived at 9 am, which nearly filled the lot. Parking along the road is available if need be. |

 | Water Crossing Notes: |
We took the bushwhack to skip the first two crossings. Glad to have that advice. We crossed via a log going up (need poles or exceptional balance) and rock hoped on the way back. Looked harder than it was; poles made it pretty easy. |

Trail was in very good condition thanks to dry weather and some recent work. Thank you trail maintainers. |

Beautiful day - clear and not too warm. The views were absolutely spectacular. One very tiny patch of snow left on South Twin - it’s probably gone now. Celebrating 24 of 48. |
