Met two very happy dogs today, Jada and Ivan! |

| Bugs: |
Flies, mosquitos, and may flies were quite bothersome along the open ridge and in the areas near running water. Got worse the day went on and temps warmed up. We used a natural bug spray but did not break out the head net yet. Had several bites upon returning to the car. |

First time up Carrigain, the 360 views from the top of the tower did not disappoint! Well worth the trip! Trail was in great shape. |
