 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Huge dirt parking lot right near the trailhead. Livermore is open and easily passable in any car. |

 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
|
 | Recommended Equipment: |
|
|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
One or two small water crossings. Easily passed via rock hopping. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A couple of blow downs. Pay attention on the switchbacks. There are a couple off shots that will take you the wrong way. These are mostly blocked by a few logs laid perpendicularly across the trail. |
|
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Should be dog friendly. No particularly steep sections or scrambling. |
|
 | Bugs: |
Surprisingly very few insects. Noticed a handful of mosquitoes at lower elevation, but apparently they weren’t very hungry. No insect repellent needed. |

 | Comments: |
A decent amount of elevation gain, but all up a fairly tame hike. The first couple miles of signal ridge trail meander a bit, but an enjoyable stroll nonetheless. Unfortunately, I was socked in on Signal Ridge and the summit, but I hear the views are pretty good. |
