	Trails:	Dicey's Mill Trail, East Loop

	Date of Hike:	Friday, May 28, 2021

	Parking/Access Road Notes:	Got there early (5:00 AM) and the lot was nearly empty. This was a Friday of a long holiday weekend. By the time I returned to the lot, it was about 90% full.

	Surface Conditions:	Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

	Recommended Equipment:

	Water Crossing Notes:	two crossings - one stream with log crossings requires a little balance, the other a rock-hop.

	Trail Maintenance Notes:

	Dog-Related Notes:	I didn't bring my dogs, and I didn't see any, but this would have been a great hike with the pups.

	Bugs:	mosquitos at lower elevations.

	Lost and Found:


	Comments:	trails were near-perfect. 99% dry, and where there was mud, it was minor and easily avoidable.
