Comments
Comments: Lonesome Lake trail incredibly dry. First half of Fishin’ Jimmy trail was a cruise, top half of the trail was steep and tough. The trail continued steeply past Kinsman Pond to North Kinsman. Between North Kinsman and South Kinsman was the only part of the whole hike that was wet and muddy, but it was pretty minor and avoidable. Cascade Brook trail around Kinsman Pond and down to the bottom of the mountain was the highlight for me. Such a cool trail with lots of water crossings and waterfalls. No snow anywhere on today’s hike, leave your micros at home!
