Parking/Access Road Notes: No issues at Willey House/Crawford Notch Visitor center. No issues about leaving a bike at the AMC Hostel either.

Water Crossing Notes: No problems anywhere on this hike. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trails are all good with the minor exception of the ladders on the Willey Range Trail below Willey. There were a couple of rotted, broken steps but nothing that impeded travel.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: a couple of well behaved pups but its getting hot up there (82 at the car upon return) and they need plenty of water even with the brook crossings. 
Bugs
Bugs: Mosquitos at the Willey House parking area and black flies swarming on top of Willey...but still not bad. No bites anyway.

Comments: By going south to north +80% of the elevation gain is on the way up to Willey.
