Comments
Comments: A fine day "hiking our way home." Dry to start but our luck ran out in the glades. It rained for about 20 minutes with some wind, but that was it. Surpringly sedate for Cannon whom almost always is very 'opinionated' weather wise. Ran into a wedding procession on their way up to get married. The way out was delightful on the slick rock, especially in the kitty litter half pipe of death down low. "JOE DODGE TAKE THE WHEEL!" Snow is gone from the trail aside from small patches, and the mud pit in the saddle between the outlook was actually quite manageable. I only think I should have gone up to my calf instead of needing someone to throw me a life preserver
