Comments
Comments: Excellent day for this Traverse.

Bare ground until approx 1/2 mile after Zea Cliff then spotty rotting inconsistent monorail which continued to Mt Guyot which is snow free until dipping into the Krumolz. Remaining monorail is narrow and soft. West Bond Spur seemed to have a deeper snowpack again with narrow soft monorail until blowdown section.

Mt Bond is snowfree with off and on monorail descending in the trees.Snow ends at this point of the initial descent and remainder of hike was totally snow/ice free. i crossed paths with 10 others on Bondcliff Trail today and was nice meeting and chatting with two hikers and their friendly dogs. Micros couldve been used in a few sections but prefered barebooting.it was nice taking a small side trip to view Franconia Falls as well
