Went up the north slide trail and down the south slide trail. No need for spikes at all. Very little snow/ice between the peaks. Loose rock and difficult footing going up the north slide made it a challenge. South slide trail wasn’t as difficult as anticipated but still a good amount of loose rock on the slide. Dry all around with minor wet areas around the water crossings. Only two other small groups on the trail. We did in and out in 6 hours. |
