1 birch blowdown along with another somewhat parallel with trail at same spot. 2 minor blowdowns between the two summits. |

Beautiful early evening hike of these two peaks with the forest peppered with spring beauties and trilliums emerging. Truly a treat! Spotty icy sections on the trail, with some stretches of monorail between Starr King and Waumbek. i was able to bareboot for this hike. It was nice crossing paths with two hikers that i met the previous week on Cannon as well the 7 others. |
