Comments: From Lafayette Campground to Lonesome Lake to Kinsman Ridge to Summit

Beautiful day to head up. Thought about Hi-Canon trail but it did not sound like a good bet with ice on the trail. Lonesome Lake trail dry to around 2600 just near the lake when some monorail appeared. Easy to stay on dry trail or rock hop. Didn't need traction until around 3200 and stayed on to the summit. Monorail was stable for the most part but definitely showing its age. Several sections where it's unstable and starting to collapse. Summit was dry.
