Comments
Comments: Up and down via Valley Way. Snow line was at about 3700', about halfway between the junction with Lower Bruin and the spur to Valley Way campsite. Snow was firm for the most part and there isn't much ice so spikes did the trick. Above treeline it's mostly bare rock so we stuck with just boots there. A quiet and beautiful day on the trail!
