Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: All having a great time. One beautiful fluffy white pooch!
Bugs: Down on the lower part there were some black flies. Not biting, just bugging.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: One clementine peel on wambeck summit, we packed it out. If you want it back, I will mail it to you along with my trash.
Comments: Great conditions for a spring trip to Wambeck. Only a bit of monorail just before Starr King and in between the two peaks. Microspikes made it easier to deal with. Snow should be gone in a couple weeks if not sooner. Mud is there especially on first mile of trail but not terrible. Lovely day on trail with not too many people. Kinda liking mud season for the tranquility.
