Comments
Comments: Dry trail up through Scaur Ridge. First snow just before junction with Pine Bend Brook trail. North sides of Tripyramids have some blue ice and snow. Only put on spikes just before summit of North Tripyramid (probably could've made it without but I wimped out). Took off spikes at North summit and never put them back on. South slide after South Tripyramid bone dry (but it is TOUGH getting down that puppy, very steep). No issues with water crossings. Lovely day. Saw maybe 5 other parties on the trail so it is starting to pick up.
