Comments
Comments: Great trail. Nicely groomed. Dry for first couple miles. then some mud and/or running water. No snow until about a mile from summit. on and off monorail then leads to sustained monorail. some postholing if you step off monorail. monorail was firm going up, slushy and breaking up coming down. micros for this part of the trail but bare boot all the rest. granite and ledge had some running water but able to use the wood edges for traction. overall, great trail for spring season.
today: no bugs, slight breeze, good view, no people on summit. not that many people out there really.
