Trail is a spring mix of conditions. Dry to start, but with a couple of muddy or wet water spots. All are fairly easy to walk around, or on the edges of the trail to avoid. Streams are running, but still have good rocks to easily hop across. Top quarter has a pretty stable snow/ice monorail. We switched to spikes once the snow/ice became pretty consistent. Glad we did. Overall, a very good hike. |
