Comments
Comments: Bare-booted until Scaur Ridge trail, until maybe about half the distance to Mt. Tripyramid. Snow/ice was packed and no major challenges with spikes, even through steeper sections. On a personal note, this was my first hike in the Whites where I didn't encounter a single other hiker all day. Had the mountain all to myself.
