 | Water Crossing Notes: |
The crossing on the Red, very near the Blue intersection remains tricky. One option has a rope to hold onto, except key rocks were submerged; the other option is to walk across via a large fallen tree. We took the tree option, and it worked for all.
Old Stage Road between Alton Mtn & the Red trail remains submerged near the short bridge, due to beaver work.
Other water crossings were as expected for this time of year. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Nothing anywhere required a reroute.
Mack-Anna has a couple of newly fallen trees since the last time I walked it.
Perhaps there was a step-over om the Klem-Mack.
Blueberry has a couple that merit clearing too.
The Red Old Stage to Sunset has a step-over or two also. |

 | Bugs: |
Friday night's cold windy driving rain kept the bugs away deep into Saturday. Then, a few ticks plus swarming, non-biting black flies at lower elevations. |
