Plenty of parking at 9am. When we left there were cars in the overflow section. |

Water was running low. |

All trails clear of blowdowns and marked well. |

Hot day for the dogs. There is water along the way but bring extra. |

| Bugs: |
A few nats along Zealand Rd and Hale Brook Tr. Black flies at the summit but a light breeze kept them at bay. Barely any bugs near Zealand falls and the hut. |

The original plan was to hike Hale and Zealand but due to the heat we decided to cut the trip short and spend an hour at Zealand Falls enjoying the cooler temps.
