I barebooted the whole thing. still lots of snow though. carry snowshoes if u want but you really don’t need them I post holed twice. there were a few times I really should’ve thrown on my spikes but just used poles and rocks to get over the ice out of laziness to put em on and take off again. caps trail awesome as always and looked like nobody had been on it in a good while. jeff notch rd still very much covered in a good snow pack |
