I parked on the shoulder of the road next to the trailhead. I was the only car there all morning. |

The trail was dry except for some patches of mud at the bottom of eagle cliff trail. The rock scrambles were partly wet, but I had no trouble climbing up them. Great views from the cliff and fire tower. |
