Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Ice - Breakable Crust, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Mud - Significant, Snow - Spring Snow, Slush, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Crossable, 1st pretty easy, 2nd went up stream about 300 feet to cross, 3rd slightly up stream, met a rocking cobble on 3rd crossing.

Bugs: none, still a bit too cold. saw some hatching on Black Pond on the way out.

Lost and Found: nothing found or lost. 
 
Comments
Comments: No snow or ice until just before 2nd crossing. mostly avoidable until well past the left turn on Brutus. Sharp spikes on about El. 3500 to summit and back to same point. Snowshoes went for a weight training ride today. Solo and alone from start until back to Lincoln Woods. Saw 4 humans and a 4 legger during the LW march out. Total spring mix bag of conditions.
