| Comments: |
I tagged along with the intrepid backpacker for part of their annual trip on the MSG from Center Pond Rd. to NH 123, going northbound.
In generally, the MSG is damp, with some wetter and drier sections. Mud and puddles are minimal. North of Parker there are some scattered patches of snow hanging around. The cascades were flowing nicely today and were a perfect place to stock up on water. All in all a fine walk through the forest on one of the prettiest sections of this trail. |
