 | Water Crossing Notes: |
The brook crossing is no problem right now. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The major issue on the Welch side of the loop continues to be severe erosion from heavy use. On the Dickey side, the maintainer was recently out there and did a great job clearing waterbars and sweeping debris from the rock steps. No blowdowns anywhere. |

 | Comments: |
A last minute afternoon hike over these peaks, going counterclockwise. The trail and most of the ledges are dry. Just a few wet areas on the Dickey side, and two minuscule and rapidly disappearing spots of snow in the col. This weekend will be a different story with the incoming storm.
Great views as always and light foot traffic on the loop. Nice to run into Ryan, Jason and Leah out there today. |
