Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Arrived late morning and still got a spot in the main lot. In the early afternoon, cars were parked along the road.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Easy to rock hop 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blazes looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, only 1 blowdown to note about half way between the parking lot and Dickey Mountain. This blowdown is completely blocking the trail and a herd path is forming around it.

Dog-Related Notes: Lots of pups out having fun today

Bugs:  
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a Lands End size large blue long sleeve on a cairn descending Dickey. Brought it down and left it at the trailhead kiosk.  
 
Comments
Comments: Trail was in great condition. Only a few small patches of ice and snow left in between the two summits, but spikes weren’t needed. Any mud on the trail was minor and easy to walk through.
